Custom training modules target specific training deficiencies, provide resources for additional study, and deliver learning outcomes that improve agency performance, employee satisfaction and improve customer service.
Cobalt creates a wide variety of continuously expanding training modules to specifically meet your agency’s needs. In addition to already established training modules, we work directly with host agency personnel to create course content unique to each individual agency. Depending on the length and duration of the training, most sessions can be conducted during morning, afternoon or evening hours and scheduled months in advance.

Continuing education credits are available for our courses in most of the states where we host trainings.
*Cobalt will honor cancellations until one week prior to the scheduled training. Payments will be refunded within 30 days. If an attendee cancels within the week’s deadline, a replacement attendee can be sent in their place. Please send all the cancellations via email. No-shows are responsible for the full training fee.
